And right in the center of the yard, there’s a very well-crafted jade Buddha statue
Dinh Cau night market is in the centre of Duong Dong town, is the shopping, food and tourist centre for local people and visitors.
This night market is crowded at night. Open at 5 pm to 9pm, sometimes above 10pm. There are 100 kiosks separated into side of Vo Thi Sau rode. The market also have 2 distinctive areas. The souvenirs, gift shops, jewelry, and pearls items in the back. Beside that are Phu Quoc’s specialties like fish sauce, seafood, sea products and others also in this area.
And the other area, in the front of the market, is the best place with many kiosks and stores serving Phu Quoc’s distinctive dishes, mainly of fresh seafood. This is where that got visitors excited the most. Because the food here is always well-prepared, well-seasoned and cooked right at the spot. seafood is always kept fresh and remain its juiciness. Da Ban spring is one of the places that only should visit in the rainy season. Start from Duong Dong town, head toward the North then follow the instruction board to Da Ba spring. Tourists will parks vehicles in front of the gate and then go across a bridge to get to the forest.
Just 15 minutes walking and you finally reach Da Ban spring. Here, you will immediately spot many gigantic rocks, but mostly are flat, the hectic sound of the streams flow roaring across the forest. This is too far different from the peaceful Tranh spring.
It has been told that, these rocks in Da Ban spring are where the fairies bathed every time coming down from heaven. That's why the name of the spring means the “rock table”.
Alongside the spring are many rare ginseng, beautiful wild orchids. In Da Ban, feel free to dip into the water, camping, having a good time with friends and family. And if you reach the peak of the streams, you can find an interesting path,in which the Vietnamese soldiers used to cross during war times, called “Chinh Phu road”. On every tree there are still many words, names carved in of the soldiers back then. So not only is this an exciting exotic nature place to visit but also a historic site of Phu Quoc.
